Katrin Gustafson

Katrin is an NVR practitioner offering NVR interventions to support families in the NDIS and OOHC sectors, as well as in the private sector.

She has been trained in several parenting programs such as tuning into kids, the circle of security and was trained in NVR together with the Australian group by Levvel NVR expert Ron Ottenbros in 2023.

Her practice of over 30 years in public and private mental health services is grounded in trauma informed and relational approaches. She works as a mental health Occupational Therapist with a focus on supporting parents and children/teenager with self-destructive and disruptive behaviours, to rebuild their relationships and engagement at home, school, recreational and work life.

She works with many families where mental illness and neuro-behavioural disabilities (including ADHD, ASD, PDA) are a part of their story.
